1. This passage begins to unpack the many spiritual blessings God gives his people. How are we given those blessings - through whom are we given these spiritual blessings? (3-6)

3. What are the end results of God blessing his people in Christ? (verses 4, 5, and 6)

4. This passage begins and ends with blessing/praising God. How can you praise God for his work in salvation this week?

Text: Genesis 10:1-11:9

Discussion Questions:

1. What was mankind's goal in building the tower? (11:4) How is this disobedient to what God had commanded Noah? (9:7)

2. What is the problem with the fact that "they are one people, and they all have one language, and this is only the beginning of what they will do? (11:6) (Look back to 8:21).

3. Look to Revelation 5:9-10 and 7:9-10. How does Christ's work in the gospel address the sin of man in this passage?

Text: Genesis 9:18-28

Discussion Questions:

1. Last time (Gen. 8:20-9:17), we saw that God made Noah to be a "second Adam." Does Noah succeed as mankind's new representative? Why/why not?

2. God judged the sin of entire earth with the flood, yet sin still remains in the hearts of Noah and his sons. What does this teach us about sin?

3. What does this passage teach us about our need for Christ?
