This week is Pastor Jonathan's ordination service! We will hear from his father, Pastor David Chancey, as well as his former Pastor and mentor, Pastor Dave Russell. Following the service, we will have a light lunch in the Fellowship Hall, as well as a Q&A with Dave Russell.

1. What is the model for the "new self?" (verse 24)

2. Twice in this passage Paul highlights the importance of our minds. What is the relationship between our mind and our actions, and how can we devote even our minds to service for God?

1. This passage marks a shift from Paul telling us who we are in Christ to how we are to live in Christ. Why does Paul begin with who we are in Christ? (chapters 1-3)

2. How can we grow in interacting with our brothers and sisters in humilty, gentleness, patience, bearing with one another in love ... ? (verses 2)

3. How does the unity of God influence the unity of God's people? (verses 3-6)
